Odd question right? Well we think the upcoming timeframe is a good buying oportunity for houses in western Sydney that need some minor fixing up and we have a problem. We can't buy enough houses without partners. Smart people who can't buy alone but understand that sharing a piece of the pie is better than having no pie at all.

At least, that's how we feel.
